Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Our midfield is very poor. Glen When has been castigated time and time again, but Brady, Artur, and hendrick have been terrible. Artur has got on the ball but turns back to the keeper every time, Brady has given the ball away every time, and hendrick has been completely anonymous.

They are responsible for us having to listen to dunphy talking ****e about holohan every time ireland play;****!

One of the most atrocious halves of football from Ireland that I have ever seen. O'neill is an embarrassment of a manager.

What are you smoking? Doing well today with the team we’ve got. It’s not like we’ve a Messi sitting on the bench.

We’re missing Coleman badly. Christie is doing well. Long on for Murphy maybe?

Absolute scutter but no surprise from O Neill.

Wes on for O’Dowda, move Brady out left and let Wes do his thing

Relax lads greetings they're a minefield.

    It's The Danish way.

We might nick a goal but this is absolute garbage

The Duffer is spot on, we’re not putting them under any pressure, but if we do they’ll crack.

Get Long on and start passing the ball

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 15,404 ✭✭✭✭Vicxas

We're too afraid to take chances. No one wants the ire of the Irish fans.

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,054 ✭✭✭wanderer100

Can't even get the passing together . This is atrocious

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,304 ✭✭✭✭Father Hernandez

Wasn’t a great half from us but it’s still 0-0.

Few decent performances but our game plan has worked so far, nullifying the Danish.

Still think we can nick a goal

Stupid hit and hope clearing needs to stop, need to see precision passing not FIFA 95 true ball.

Score draw better than a 0-0

Don't rate him at all. I actually think Keogh is better than him.

We must be the worst team in world football to watch

If we had one or two international standard players we could put this to bed

Denmark are shít, our tactics are just embarrassing

Big difference between the WC and Euros.

WC has two rubbish teams in each group so you're nearly guaranteed a win or two.

Denmark would be great at GAA with all these high balls

Christie getting some good change when he goes forward

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,304 ✭✭✭✭Father Hernandez

Referee in NI game would have given that last night.

    Defo not a peno.

Hopefully withhold this pressure. Bring Long on after a 65 and nab a goal

Hilarious to think people were saying Brady could get a move to a top 4 club after the Euros

You know a game is sh1te when you spend more time looking at boards than the telly

Arter and Brady with lovely punts to touch. They must have practiced the lineouts.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 15,404 ✭✭✭✭Vicxas

Can someone tell the lads it's not the 93rd minute and to stop hoofing it

We are terrible at closing them down

You’d swear Ireland were 1 up with 60 seconds to go the way they’re hoofing it upfield.

    Cowardly tactics

World Cup should just go with 31 teams

Dementia inducing, especially for the players having to head the ball constantly.

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,054 ✭✭✭wanderer100

How can the players be happy with this hoof ball tactics. We're not going to the WC if we continue this sh*te

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 43,028 ✭✭✭✭SEPT 23 1989

These could be played off the park with the right tactics

The dog's abuse we're getting over on the bbc live webpage would certainly suggest as much.

"world's highest rank pub team", kinda sums up the general feeling.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,418 ✭✭✭secman

Every second pass a Dane gets is from an Irish player. Pure dire to watch.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 45,630 ✭✭✭✭Mr.Nice Guy

Shocking lack of composure from our players. Just hoofing it forward.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,726 ✭✭✭Rubber_Soul

Zero ambition to try and do something with when we gain possession. Just hoof it up and invite them on to us.

  • Moderators, Education Moderators, Regional South Moderators Posts: 15,247 Mod ✭✭✭✭rebel girl 15

Ouch - Christie got an awful thump on his head there.

At least it is a break for Ireland - you'd swear we were 1 up with five minutes left the way we are aimlessly hoofing it forward
