    hello hoping to pick an engineer or architectural tech. soon and begin the whole process of house planning
    would appreciate any advice, recommendations, contacts or insights...

    Hi, just wondering if you got an architect and if you’re happy with them. My son and his girlfriend and starting to plan a build and it’s hard to try and find one.

    Ill send you a PM about the one we used in past year, not sure about what rules are around putting business names up, as usually they get snipped.

    Usually its best to go with a local one which would know the area the best, or at least one that has done a few in the area.
    Plus make sure pre planning meeting is done etc.
