Yoga is the only exercise on her list, reflexology is quackery, alternative therapy is just 'not medicine' and most of it is junk science. It's a waste of money.

Massage is only really good for troublesome injuries. My late father used to get them to deal with pain from an old injury, a slipped disc in his back.
Gradually he gave em up, a bit of deep heat or similar did the same job.
