    I'm thinking about converting my business into room only (5 rooms) accommodation. Any major operating pitfalls (apart from marketing etc) for the owner when not registering with Fáilte Ireland? (Also - does anyone know how many car parking spaces needed in a road fronted village property?) Thanks

    Your parking question would be covered by your Local Planning authority if/when they grant planning permission.
