Mobile phone insurance

    Hi guys

    Interested in peoples' experience of mobile phone insurance? (I've never had it).

    I'm looking to buy an iPhone and would feel more comfortable with insurance...

    ... I've heard that it's not as straightforward as it sounds, though, and that many (reasonable) claims are rejected.

    My phone provider is Vodafone so would get the insurance through them, unless there's a better option?
