    Hi Carra 8,

From what we are advertising on this thread then ...........no.

A poker tournament is a social gathering. It is a game where people pay x amount into a prize pool and each player sits down with any equal amount of FUN chips and tries to be the last player out for the biggest prize. We, as a company, charge a serve charge to organise this for the players with tables, chips, cards and dealers.

It is exactly the same as if someone organised a pool comp, golf tournament etc etc..... Each player has an opportunity to put an equal amount of money into the prize pool.... no more, no less.

If you expect me to put a "responsible gambling" message on this the you should also expect it from every pub or club that runs golf comps, pool comps, lotto's, bingo etc.

(lottos are prob a bad example as they are gambling............... as people can put an infinite amount of money into them!).
