Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

All over. Disaster after a great start.

Can only put blame on sitting back so early after scoring the first goal.

Well lads, we went and played football, got men forward, and brought the game to them.

Didn't work out, but several here got their wish so cannot complain if it winds up costing a place in the World Cup.

Ward with a howler, asked for the ball back and all.

Exactly why they're told to hoof it, we're not technically good enough to try play out from the back.

Two dreadful goals to concede. Gifts. And I can see Ireland conceding again if the Danes don't sit back and defend what they have.

Ronnie Whelan really is a drip.

Eh.. I think I'd put the blame on the 7 players caught out up the field in a crucial part of the game.

Sucker punch but it's far from over FFS.

Rubbish, they are professional footballers. Of course they can pass a ball.

No you can't. We dealt with the pressure well then pushed forward again. It'd be a different story altogether if McClean or Murphy converted one of the chances when it was 1-0.

We're f*****! Awful defending. Unlucky in some ways for the first and the second goal. Both off the post. We didn't get the luck.

Still time to turn this around. A goal before half-time would give us a big lift.

We just conceded 2 goals in 3 minutes meaning we need 2 more to win it, how much worse does it have to get before we can be upset?

A goal before half time would lift us again and put a bit of pressure on the Danes to stay defensive.

He’ll prob bring on Whelan at half time now, just to shore it up and make sure we don’t concede a third. Before springing Long and Wes on the Danes on the 85th minute.

Except we didn't, getting caught out with players forward is what cost us.

Ireland look really nervous when passing it in their own half.

We conceded the second goal because we had too many people forward leaving their players with far too much room. Had a couple of good chances before they scored their first. It might be o neills fault but it's certainly not for dropping off.

Are some of you even watching the game?

Then realising after the whistle that 2-2 was no good.
