Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Arter off, no offence to anyone but he's been awful in an Irish shirt.

He was the standout player in the win away to Austria.

Brady has been criticized plenty on this thread already. The pass was slightly under hit but it was all on Ward losing possession. He still had plenty of time to deal with it.

Good to see you finally commenting on the game than hab8nga dig at other posters although you still managed to get that into the above post anyway.

I regularly try to comment on the game these threads regularly just become whinging circle jerks :pac:

Well we'll see what all the hype about Hoolihan is now. 45 minutes to justify the legendary status he seems to have.

Happy enough with the two on but why is meyler off? Brady's been far worse.

Brady's far more likely to find a goal

McGeady needs to actually pass the ball sometimes and not try to be Ronaldo

    Too little, too late.

We can do better than having a manager who won't try to put our best foot forward until he's gave the oppostion the initiative.

Crazy it's over 3 years since mcgeady scored a goal for us, still living off that brace he got coming off the bench that time in Georgia.

He is constantly creating the goals that win qualification matches for us and regularly demonstrates that he is the one Irish player that is comfortable with the ball at his feet. He scored at the last Euros and created the legendary Brady goal.

And you wonder why he is so highly thought of

Why would any manager ever actually select McGeady?

    What exactly does he bring?

See Eriksen scored. Trying to remember which poster said he was useless. As I said at the time, that kind of comment comes back to bit you in the backside. Still in this though lads, heads up. Need to get on the ball though.
