Hi it's strange but a friend of mine has used fake NCD of five years and got discount on his annual insurance. When after a year his renewal was due he switched to another broker and after a week of renewal he was contacted by the previous insurer they said your insurance has been null and void from the date of inception as he gave a fraudulent NCD a year ago. He informed the new broker about that and they cancelled the insurance aswell.
Now the question is does he have any way out of the situation? Do all car insurances share same data and details? If he want to get insurance with zero NCB without informing them what happened previously will they know it automatically.how the case can be treated in decline cases committee as he got three decline letters aswell.
Any helpful comments would be appreciated!

Why should he have any form of recourse and why should anyone even entertain him?

Give me a while and I'll compile a comprehensive A - Z of how to defraud an insurance company for you

They're going to have to go to a broker that specialises in awkward cases and pay about the same as someone coming back off a hefty ban - up to five figures. Declined cases process will only get quotes of similar.

They will have to tell any insurers that they have been refused cover / had previous cover revoked and they will clearly ask why. Not telling them would be another fraud.

The easy way out is to stop driving.

So he made a up a fake NCB letter in an effort to con an insurance co. and then wants a workaround to try an undo his attempted fraud?

    Good luck with that one.

p.s. He'll pay a heavy price for his stupidity.
