Monthly (credit) bills coming in months after cancellation?

    Hi,
    I cancelled my Eir (in May 2017!) and I am still getting monthly emails like this:


    9-1-2017 Subject: Your new eir bill is available online @ eir.ie
    Your new eir bill is now available to view at my eir.
    Your bill amount is € -21.46

    The emails say to login into my eir which I can't because my account has been cancelled months ago.

    Am I indeed in credit? Is there a way to stop this?
