Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Bought a new android phone yesterday and today it performed a software update and since then I can't get a keyboard to type a text message or enter a username, it will only let me speak to type and I can't find anything in settings to turn it off.

    All help appreciated.

If it's only new, bring back to the shop and let them sort it.

Might help to give details on manufacturer/model, and whether you have a custom keyboard such as SwiftKey installed.

Did you turn off the phone completely and then turn on, not just a reboot...

Absolute Last resort would be a factory reset but as it's only new, you wouldn't have anything on it.
