Loan Payment Refund

    Hi,

    My direct debit was taken yesterday for a recurring loan repayment.
    That payment will have cleared the loan and I should be entitled to a refund on 99% of the payment.
    Will that refund come through automatically or do I need to request this and secondly when should I receive the refund?

    Hi Ifc200,

    Thanks for your post here on Boards.

    The balance displayed on your 365 online wouldn't include any closing interest. 

    When the standing order is taken the remaining closing balance including any interest it taking and the remaining funds are return back into your current account in 3 working days.

    Hi Kareana,

    Thanks for coming back to me! Will keep an eye for the refund.
    With the outstanding interest I only owed 12 cent as I got my statement sent to me only last week.
