    I blocked my pin the branch unblocked my card but I can't make online purchases is my Debit card still blocked I couldn't activate it within 24 Hours

    Hi Roslyn,

    Thanks for your post here on Boards.

    If the pin was entered incorrect three times it would block the card for 24hrs. 

    After this timeframe you can then unlock the card at a BOI ATM by inserting the card and pin.

    Once this process is completed the card would be available to work online, at ATMs and in stores.
