Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi, I played back something I recorded last night on a Virgin Mediabox and voice is badly out of sync. I tried something I've recorded in the past and have watched before and its the same so signal issues are ruled out. Anyone know if there is an adjustment for this, I've a load of stuff saved and don't want to replace the box.

    Try this:-
Play the recording, then press pause.
Press the 'i' button on the remote.
Where it says Soundtrack English, if you see right/left
arrow buttons, click right & English will change to NAR.
Press left to go back to English.
Press 'i' button again, should now be in sync.

If if the NAR option is not available, try the up/down arrow buttons,
i.e., down button..highlight moves to 'off', up button moves back to 'English'.

Sometimes, if it's playing out of sync, then pausing, move backwards, then play fixes it.
