Mobile - coverage drops all the time and is there any rewards scheme?

    since eir have taken over from meteor my coverage drops all the time and sometimes could be off for a long time

    also is there any reward scheme for mobile users?

    Hi jimmyth,

    Thanks for getting in touch with us. There weren't any changes made to the network when Meteor changed to eir so this shouldn't have affected your service. Do you have a different phone that you could try your SIM in?

    I'm afraid we don't have any reward scheme in place for eir Mobile customers.
