    Glad you're okay Witchie, it's a horrible feeling. I'm anaphylactic to something, after ten years of testing they gave up. Indian food and curry. Always had my 2 epipens with me and strong antihistamines, then a few years ago was advised to take high dose vitamin d and it really helped. It's so scary. I went into heart failure twice,
    I'm couchside, knackered. Cannot wait for the weekend!

    In bed, felling like I’ve been beaten up with a baseball bat
    My foot went from under me today and I fell! Landed on my side so will have a few choice bruises but thankfully don't seem to have done any serious damage, except to my pride.
    Although I do feel kind of shook
