    Going back outside, now that the hailstones, thunder and lightning have passed and the sun is shining again. Vitamin D time before getting the dinner on.

    Just finished dinner. I made toddler stay at the table or leave the room. Sick of monkey antics at the table then half hour later whines of being hungry. Then eating too close to bed means he's uncomfortable all night and not sleeping properly. He cried a bit when I wouldn't let him jump about, then scoffed the lot. So naturally I'm sitting here feeling guilty. Last thing I want to do is cause dinner to be a battleground. Ha, a case of damned if you do, damned if you don't.

    The dogs are sunbathing and I still haven't warmed up after getting caught in the rain earlier. Mad weather today!

    Peacefully peaceful. Taken far less pain meds today ... Cats and dog have been gas!So just pottering and pootling a while now

    Isn’t it lovely to relax at the end of the day feeling like you had a productive day? I know i always complain about being too busy and not feeling well etc but I love the evenings of busy days more than I love evenings of lazy days. I hope when I’m in my 70s I still keep busy. Love reading your posts :)

    I’m just on the way to the local shop for chocolate before relaxing for the evening after a busy day

    Sitting at the kitchen table again watching the clean up being done so slowly I'm having to resist getting up and taking over. I'm tired after starting to vacuum earlier and ended up rearranging furniture in 2 bedrooms, will I never get sense.

    Listening.. in between gale gusts, the high tide is crashing rocks against rocks... a symphony of the ocean side..

    Eaten, all critters fed, and the long day headed towards evening. A book and knitting at need..
