I'm still in bed, in my grandfathers house. I hoped I'd be feeling better today and I'm feeling guilty because there's all kinds of places I'm supposed to be but I'm just a limp rag of a thing, and I'm a bit high on codeine-based meds. Aching all over, and weirdly giddy.

I love rice pud. Sultanas and a pinch of cinnamon, yum.

I have sweet scone things my auntie made, they have bits of dried strawberries in them and they're gorgeous.

Still in bed, had a lovely nap but still have zero energy. Getting up for a pee is as much as I can manage without getting a bit dizzy.

I do have cinnamon, jam, lemon curd, various friuits, or, if you want to be extra indulgent, a scoop of vanilla ice cream
