    Tearing the house apart looking for deep heat or a heat wrap or a hot water bottle. I tidied the other day as my landlord was calling out and I've no idea where anything is now!
    I'm not even sure if heat does anything for my back when it flares up but at least I'd feel like I was doing something if I could find them!
