Perhaps a woman?.... As Daithí O Sé says...a bit of "all licking & no lolly" ... variety is the spice of life and all that

Did someone mention SUN? Where? All we have here is cold cold wind and deluge. even the dog hates going out. As soon as she gets back in she sits down and ostentatiously starts washing her feet.. looking reproachfully up at me,,

A sheer miracle we got the glorious two days when J was here..

Rather wheezy but surviving. Day 2. They say 3 days coming, 3 days here,3 days going ...we shall see... Bed is bliss.... It really is.

Tidy up time. Arrived at mass to be met, unexpected, by daughter, son in law, and two grandchildren who live in another county. Then back to our house for coffee and playtime. There's something special about sitting drinking coffee, having a chin wag and watching children dart around the garden.

Went out for a few bits and pieces, just back from a weekly shop!
Saves having to do it tomorrow evening after work and was a very pleasant experience as everyone was probably still in bed or at mass.

Excellent what nice goodies did you bring back for us :pac:?

I think it's that kind of afternoon. Feeling sleepy myself, and I never usually nap.
