    Back abed from the kitchen.. soup simmering... cough has now moved in for the duration.. Last time i had a bug I was in bed six weeks. Ah well.. At least now I have the shopping sorted and yarn a plenty,and sweet memories of gorse and sun and sea.

    We always say that we are 'Lee Marvin'. He is a slightly cooler character than Hank Marvin!

    Sitting on the train going home. All seats taken. Guy opposite had one of the huge bags of cheese Doritos and spent 10mins shoving them in his mouth and going crunch, crunch, crunch. How I hate that sound. Now he is crunch. Crunch, crunching on an apple.
