That build comes to 700 which is perfect! is a 600 build possible or just too low a budget. I'm just curious where i'd lose out?

You'd need to get a cheaper power supply, and maybe drop the SSD, or survive on a 250GB SSD only (Space for games, or better overall performance). Not much room for cuts otherwise. Maybe a few euro from dropping to a 1050TI.

The GTX1050Ti is significantly slower than the GTX1060, personally I would just get a more basic PSU and put the money towards the card. Something like this is perfectly fine.

If you're not overclocking and don't mind a no frills motherboard, you can also get an A320M motherboard which is a good bit cheaper.

Thanks again for all the advice, one more query. I have an LG 5k ultrafine display which only has Thunderbolt 3 connection. What would I need to do to get this working in Windows (if I can)

Edit: Article was updated a few days ago to note that thunderbolt add-in cards are not fully supported yet. Though potentially in the future.
