Hi, When you click on the 'what is hayu?' link on the eir website, it goes to a dead link.

    https://testwww03.eir.ie/mobile/hayu/

This is when looking at benefits on an upgrade for a mobile.  (Bill pay plan - upgrade)

    Hi there,

Thanks for getting back in touch. This link is working fine for me. Can you try this on a different browser, please?

Yes, same result using Firefox & chrome.

    Steps to repro
    Go to Eir.ie
Press mobile from the top menu
    select bill pay phones
    select Samsung Galaxy S7
Press Yes when asked if you have homephone also
look at where it shows you the 3 benefits
On the right it has Hayu free for 6 months
It has a link under saying 'What is Hayu?'
When you press this it goes to the invalid link above.
if you pass on to the web team they should be able to search the source code for this link reference & confirm it is incorrect.

Also getting a lot of read errors for this link today so will try again later from another PC- https://www.eir.ie/store/mobile/phones/bill-pay/

Still the same so if anyone else can see this I'd appreciate replying here so the eir reps can further investigate.

    go to https://www.eir.ie/store/mobile/phones/bill-pay/samsung-galaxy-s7/
Scroll down the page to just after it asks if you are an existing customer
Look at the 'what is hayu?' link on the right...does it work when you click on it?
For me it goes to at test link on every browse I've used as reported in the OP.

As this is still showing incorrect on your live website, I've included a screenshot to show the issue.

    Thanks.

I've no issues with opening this link. I've passed this feedback onto the online team.

I'm afraid there is no more I can do in relation to this.

    Thanks
