Swimming and Running Fitness Watch

Yet another fitness watch thread, sorry!!
But after some research it appears truly waterproof fitness watches aren't that common at least affordable ones anyway.
Looking for a fitness watch to use for mainly swimming and running and ideally under €100.
Fitbit Flex 2 seems like it would be suitable but can anyone offer some alternatives before I take the plunge

multi-sport watches (e.g. to track both running and swimming) are more expensive typically.
I wouldn't be afraid to buy something second-hand on ebay. e.g. 920xt
