Mortgage information with BOI

    Hi i have tried to contact the person within BOI who i got my mortgage with in April 2017 by email and phone and multiple other people but with no response. 

    Can someone please answer me if i wanted to switch mortgage provider can i do this immediately or is there a fixed period i need to stay with the bank?
