    Hi guys,

    I placed on order on your website on Tuesday night, got a receipt immediately but nothing since, I appreciate that it’s a busy time at the moment but just wondering how long it will take to process?

    I see now on the website that the price has been reduced by £50 & unit is not now available for online purchase

    just checked this out for you - the order was actually placed on Wednesday PM (16:19PM) , not Tuesday - it missed our Wednesday dispatch but shipped on Thursday and I'd expect it to be with you Today or Monday latest - I'll ask our couriers to give you a personal call to give you an ETA.

    You purchased in € at €799 and the euro price is still €799.

    Keep me posted if you would like to cancel your order and I'll get the delivery stopped,
