Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

It's a bit surreal isn't it, like once you hit the double figures it really flies in.

It's much better being able to countdown in groups of 10's as opposed to 100's haha.

Interesting fact for ye, this is the busiest month in the Christmas Forum since January, no surprise there as we are ramping up into the busy season.

The interesting thing is we had almost just as many posts in Jan-18 than we did in Dec-17. Turns out we need this forum just as much in January as we do in December!

The one with pics is still there. In fact Freshpopcorn has help now, theres been at least 2 pics per day for about a week now!! I know as I make a point of thanking each & every one of them

I've bought my god-daughter a trip to London to see the Strictly tour in Feb and got her these to give to her at Christmas along with the tickets. They have just arrived and are so cute!!

Twigged that myself with the timing of the posts, fair play though, theres not a chance I'd wait up after midnight to do that every day. Hence feeling obligated to thank the effort that goes into doing it

I used to do that a few years back, not to be first but we had an awful habit of missing days

And if I didn't post it at Midnight or just after I'd forget!

How our little community has grown, I no longer has to stress about missing a countdown post and if I posted it or not :pac:

I'm nearly always guaranteed to be online at around midnight and I'd probably forget later in the day.
Sometimes I post off my phone and have to switch to the desktop site if I'm not near my laptop.

Back from Smyths & the You Know Who shopping is 90% complete Got the little man sorted out & picked up a few bits for the eldest. Didn't get her main present yet because I've zero idea what to get her & she keeps asking for absolutely everything so going to wait until closer to the big day. Have a couple of little things for her - so couple of stocking fillers, a selection box & her big present & we are donzo!

Also agreed with Mr. CL to stick to a 50quid budget for our presents to each other - gotta save our dough for a wedding :pac::)

I've been offered a full-time job today and am delighted. I start on October 8th and also will be wrapping this Degree up at the end of next month. An early Christmas present for me!
