Make Up Mirrors

I am thinking maybe of buying my girlfriend a proper make-up mirror for Christmas. At present she just uses a normal mirror and a lamp, but I know a decent lit mirror would be ideal for her.
But... I don't know where to begin really. I might buy something I think looks great, but could be awful to use.
So hoping some people here could point me in the right direction!
Requirements;
Table top/desk top size
Plugged in to wall (not hardwired in a bathroom!)
Replacement bulbs not hard to get/change
Budget is probably a factor as well. Ideally under €200, but if there's something that is really worth it, I can go over that.
