Not receiving SMS messages

    Hi,

    Is there a problem with your SMS system? I tried to setup a SEPA payee today and was unable to as I have not received an SMS with the code.

    Similarly, I tried to complete a verified by visa purchase and have not been able to as I have not received the SMS with the code to complete the transaction.

    The mobile operator is Virgin Media so that might explain the problem.

    We're sorry to hear this. We would advise you to contact your mobile provider to check whether they are able to issue these texts to your mobile. If you are not receiving the 3D Passcode for online shopping, please also check that your number is registered with our 3D Passcode team on 0818 200 370 and an advisor will be happy to double check this for you.

    I am with Virgin Media. Had problems receiving service texts from BOI before, but better now
