God no, the government rates are low, the only ones taking them up are those who can't get real work.

I dropped €980 on a business class upgrade because I could’t stomach cattle class for 9 hours flying home.

Did it help? Hell no, still up at 2am this morning.

Please tell me this is a parody post invoking the sort of the posts seen on the Accommodation and Property forum in 2005

I'll leave you in doubt as I'm enjoying your angst:P

To quote a great sketch from a great show.

So who has spent the most today?

Just about to pull the trigger on £188.93 on 6 items, so pretty sure that's just arsewipe around this back crevice of Boards.ie.

    THE BOOM IS BACK BABY!

Unless your paying for “the wife’s titties” then I am considerably richer then you!

I just bought some yacht polish

Everyone knows you purchase your yacht polish after Christmas, just in time for Spring when you can start to compound / polish / wax your yacht.

Why would you polish your yacht in winter?!

(I'm serious... takes 2 of us approx. 2 days to do this every year on mine)

I never knew if my men did it in winter or spring. I just know it was gleaming and ready when I returned to the marina after the spell in the Antilles.

Same but if the captain's happy with her, then it doesn't bother me. He's the pro - that's why I hired him.
