    hi,

    I'm currently renting a room in a 3 bedroom house in Kingswood. House is a 6 minute walk from the luas stop. Landlord is happy to keep 1 room vacant so that means that it is just me and another person will have the rest of the house to share.

    Landlord is a very decent guy and pays all the bills. Rent is only €540 a month.

    I'm a 33 year old professional working in the city. Looking for a quiet, clean respectful individual. Perfect for a working professional who wants to come home to a nice relaxing comfortable environment in the evenings and weekends.
