Card being rejected (not blocked).

    Tried to order twice this morning and said "[font=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]The card was not accepted. Please try again"[/font].  Spent twenty minutes waiting on hold to AIB to be told there was no block and that the merchant hadn't attempted to process the order.  I have tried again there and same thing.  Site hangs for about 15 seconds on pressing final button in order process before returning to the order page with this message on top.  Can you advise when this will be resolved please?

    let me check this out for you and revert - in terms of processing cards - we don't charge / process a card until we assess stock and are 99.99% sure that the stock is there to match a sale - ie unlike other sites we never just charge a card as soon as you press the checkout function!
