any taxis operating on Xmas day?

    Rang a few companies but they're closed for the day. Anyone know of some taxi guy working Xmas night upto midnight?

    Call up to cork airport any day and speak to the drivers up there. I'm pretty sure you'll find at least 10/15 lads willing to work Christmas day!
    Expect a nice surcharge tho!

    Satellite Taxis usually have a good few cars working christmas day.

    Yeah, there's always lads doing work that day.

    As I said above, try the taxis in cork airport.
    Most of them work for themselves and are not affiliated to any base. I'm pretty sure a good few of them will be working that day, maybe not driving around looking for fares but but should be bookable in advance!

    Adrian O'Connell is the base operator,he told me before when he was a driver he worked Christmas day.

    Hollyhill Cabs were open on Christmas Day last year as were Wilton Cabs.

    Wilton cabs not this year. Guess varies year to year whether they get staff to work etc. Cheers for all the suggestions

    Might sound like a strange suggestion but text into one of the Cork talk shows that are on in the morning, I'm sure they'd be happy enough finding out and letting others know their findings too.
