    Tuna and yogurt is one

Any others that if don't bring a packed lunch of chicken and rice could still eat healthily with protein

Plan ahead and bring food with you. Greek yogurt, fruit, protein shake, chicken salad, tuna mayo sandwich, turkey wrap, homemade trail mix, overnight protein oats, meat jerky, protein bar.....

Pack of sliced turkey, pack of grated cheese, salad bag. Most deli counters will do similar I'd imagine (don't tend to use them, but see others with salad bowl/ packs coming away from them).
