Termination of licensee agreement.

    Just an opinion on behalf of a friend.
    She signed a licensee agreement at the end of August and she gave a deposit.
    Her conditions are now changed and she need to leave the room.
    Can she get her deposit back?
    What is the right process to terminate the contract?

    Give them a month's notice and expect full deposit back
