    Hi Team,

My Dad got a Sony Kd-49xd8088 from you about 11 months ago. He's looking to add a soundbar to it for Christmas.

Would you be able to recommend something please? With Delivery to Dublin please.

Budget around €200, preferably black, and hoping to place it under the wall mounted TV so something slim in height approx less then 6cm if possible, can adjust the mount if needed.

    I was looking at https://www.richersounds.com/tv-home-cinema/soundbars/sony-htct390-blk.html

    Many thanks!
    Adam

    Hi Adam,

Unfortunately the HTCT390 will blow your budget and TBH you can do far better for that money

If it was me I'd go for a specialist speaker manufacturer and grab a Polk Signa Solo:
    http://www.richersounds.ie/p-202966-polk-signa-solo.aspx

Its just £149 / €169 and it will transform your TV audio - but it maybe slightly too high at approx 9cms

Keep us posted and again apologies for the delay,

    Hi John,

Thanks for that. I have seen that recommended before. I'll double check that we can move the TV mount and then place the order.

Do those prices include delivery to Dublin?

    Thanks,
    Adam

    Hi Adam,

yep the Polk soundbars sound pretty amazing - they have recently re-launched in the UK / Ireland ( and their parent company has bought over Denon & Marantz ) and I think their pricing v's quality means that they are basically trying to buy their way into the market - but hey don't knock it if we can all gain :)

As ever our euro pricing includes shipping ( where shipping is possible of course!) £ pricing - just add £6.99 for shipping

Thanks again and keep us posted,

    Hi John,

    I've ordered that now.

For some reason when I put my card details in and clicked confirm it just brought me back to the enter card details page so I had to click call me for payment option.

Thanks for the help and advice.
