Hi,

Got a letter of interested parties for ptsb with my home insurance but nothing from the company I've the mortgage protection from.
I was told by them that ptsb usually do the paperwork themselves when i hand in the policy documents and that if not they will give me a form to fill out and give to the insurance company.

Anyone else recently got a ptsb mortgage and can confirm how they deal with it? I just dont want to waste days if I'm doing something futile.
