Can't make any calls but have credit

    I'm trying to top up my number and it wont allow me dial any numbers. I do have coverage and it tells me I have 18.41 credit in my account but it still wont allow me do anything. It is due to go into quarantine soon but shouldn't be already. Can someone look into this please? Its a Meteor number now Eir
