    Absolutely the worst customer experience I ever had. I signed up for a bundle with promotional price (35 per month and 50 casback), however discount was not applied to my account. Spent 90 minutes trying to get help through phone support. They kept me bouncing from one person to another. Issue not resolved.

    Hi eir Adam. Has anything been done in the meantime? It is now over 3 weeks with absolutely no actions from eir. Will say it again. It is the worst company I have ever dealt with as a customer. All people who read this, please stay away. Choose either sky, virgin mobile or anything else but not eir.
