New contract no line put in

    Hi , I signed up for a broadband contract on the 14 NOV for my house.


    Eir forgot about my contract. I contacted them yesterday and have only now been given a date to install my line. the date is the 11 dec. This is nearly one month after I signed up.

    I will lose my Sky broadband this week.

    When I signed up Eir said they would have me up and running in 10 days.

    Hi, thanks for the PM reply.

    So this means that because of a mistake by Eir I will be without broadband for 10 days.

    Is this really an acceptable practice?

    Hi,
    can you please get my broadband and phone connected, I have now been waiting for over 2 weeks and you have given me a connection appointment for over 3 weeks.

    Hi, have you tried to escalate my installation?

    i also cannot sign in to my account , can you rectify this situation?

    I have been on your help line for 1 hour 31 mins , listening to music , no one answered.

    Just hung up after waiting first for 1 hour 31 mins, second call was 1 hour 17 mins.

    Neither call answered.
