Mortgage saver - able to vary monthly DD amount?

    Hello - are you able to vary the monthly DD amount you save in a mortgageSaver account (say do a higher amount for a few months initially and then lower if needs be)? Thanks

    Hi tomfoolery60,

    Thanks for getting on to us here. You can request to change the amount of the Direct Debit going into your savings account at anytime through the "Ask a question" section of your 365 online profile. Please keep in mind it can take ten days for the Direct Debit amount to be changed once we receive your request.

    Can you set up 365 online if you only have savings products with BOI? Cheers.

    Thanks for getting back to me here. You would need a current account to set up 365 online. If you only have the mortgage saver account with us you can request to change the amount of the Direct Debit by calling us on 0818 365 365 and the advisers there will be happy to request this for you.
