    I have phone, bb and tv with sky.

    I want to move only phone and bb to eir (don't have good enough bb for tv).

    Can that be handled on your website?

    I would advise contacting the sales team on 1800 503 303 to arrange this, due to you only wanting partial services moved over this may cause issues on the website. They will be able to assist you with this and advise on all.

    Phone and BB moved over a week ago from Sky to Eir.

    You (Eir) grabbed the BB immediately even before you sent me the new modem and left me without BB.

    I now discover that you haven't taken over the phone line yet.

    Can you sort this for me please?

    No action needed. 19800 now reports eir as the supplier.

    I'm glad to hear this has now activated. 

    The timeframe is up to 10 days for the whole order to go through I'm afraid.
