Add HD Channels and Claiming Free Tablet

    Hi

    I just signed up for one of the bundles that offers a free tablet, it is installed and working now. How do I claim my free tablet?

    Also, I meant to include the HD channels but I must have missed it as they are not on my deal. How do I add HD channels after installation?
