I suppose they could vet and PCA those that they know have scored well at AC before the official results are out so it's just a matter of offering the job come May.

I'm aware i shouldn't plan ahead like this but sometimes you just can't help it.

Can't do that as there is no set pass mark. Pass mark depends on people's scores. So they can't move people onto next stage until everyone's pass mark is through.

Yes but I'm sure they have a fairly good idea if you score say 70+ they can move you through to the next stage. I doubt there will too many at that level.

Wish it would be that quick, unfortunately right at the bottom of our IST results email, they have said we will get our results of the assessment from the 4th May onwards. So it's looking more like July/Aug before jobs start being offered.

Can you roughly estimate how many pages there are?

There is about 30/40 pages but they are double sided so double that!

Got my forms and havnt done my a.c. yet. They didn't spare on the tape to close the envelope lol. Had to use a knife to get into it haha.
