Anybody living here? Would be interested in how people find the houses to live in? Are they well built? Also, is there a management company set up and is there any plans for the council to take it over. New phase launching next year I understand and am interested but would like to be a little better informed, preferably by those who've already bought. Thanks

There was a thread started here a while ago, so maybe try there and see if someone living there responds:

We're due to move in sometime in March, so we're looking forward to it. Builders are great to work with so far.

There's no management company- it's managed by Fingal Co. Council.

That's great, lots of info there. And good to hear there are no management fees. Thanks for the reply.
