    Just to conclude this; all monies were refunded; good thing all insurers aren't of the same mind/values as @AudreyHepburn

    Was it cancelled at your request or by your insurer "ab initio" (from inception) ? The difference is important

    Great to hear about an insurance company that are reasonable and fair to deal with.
