House outside RPZ - when can I review rent?

    Hi, I've a house which is outside a RPZ. Am I right in saying that I still cannot do a rent review for 2 years after commencement of tenancy. I've been checking websites but its hard to get a clear answer to my specific question.

    You are correct: 2 years since start of tenancy if tenancy commenced before 24 Dec 2016.
