I think Argentina need Dybala on, if they keep marking Messi as they have he'll find himself getting space and if he gets that he'll cause lots of problems for Iceland.
It'll end up with Messi getting some space too I think.

Passing is too slow, it's just not crisp enough and the amount of players who kill the ball and turn is a problem for Argentina.

A moment of magic from Aguero is all they have to this point. They certainly have the attacking quality to be dangerous against any team but they are never going to get the best out of them with their slow build up play.

George Hamilton would want to calm down a bit. The Icelandic goalie didn't pull off the "impossible". Messi's penalty success rate is probably the weakest aspect of his game. And it was struck in a way that made it easier to save.

You are correct. The defender made no contact with Griezmann whatsoever albeit it may have appeared otherwise. Is the VAR not employed in situations like this? This type of blatant cheating looks set to feature regularly yet again at a major tournament.
