Watching Belgium , I just cant see why they play 3 CB against weak opposition , You only need 2 , there balance look all off,
Surely a defensive midfield would be better dropping between two centre half's to pick up the ball as he'd be better on the ball ,

They play three at the back because they have a wealth of centre backs but no left backs. The only decent left back they have, Jordan Lukaku, was left out of the final squad. Vertonghen could probably fill in there but Martínez is too committed to change the system.

Croatia sending up their striker after he refused to come on at the weekend - how odd (refusing to come on, not sending him home). Massive hissy fit cause he didn't start? Or not brought on earlier?

If they take their chances very seriously people moan yet if they play humble and take the pi $$ people moan!

Keeper should never had been playing on, shoulder injury needs to be assessed properly for a keeper, not going to be able to move his arm properly at all
