Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

It was more wreckless than it was vicious TBH.

Probably a red because he was out of control.

Well utd have been negative against the top team. One goal in 9 games proves that before today. Why do you utd fans take negativity so badly.

Another yellow card for Matic not given by the ref

Ref's don't give yellows for players walking into a players arm

You also said we're boring as **** and kill football. Care to admit you're full of it?

yis are just a counter attacking team.... each to their own.. but don't come out and say yis play on the front foot.. with all the cash spent you should be able to play on the front foot.. imo

    Definite red card

That was a really nasty challenge from Pogba.

His pleas of innocence and ironic clapping was bad for as well.

Tough one to take there. Not sure he meant to stand on him but correct decision really.

Going to be backs to the wall stuff now

Very nasty tackle but definitely accidental.

I wouldnt be too critical of Pogba.

I dont think he went in to stand on Bellerin.

After his comments earlier recently I'm under no doubt that he meant it fully.

    Look at the replay again.

It was a deliberate and cynical challenge and I don't see how it can be excused or defended.

    Red card all day long.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,375 ✭✭✭Indestructable

Don't think it was deliberate but deserves the red for being reckless

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 53,262 ✭✭✭✭GavRedKing

I wonder will he het done for clapping the ref too.

That was tbe most stupid part of the whole incident from his part.

Ah here open your eyes will ya . Can't understand how you could see that as deliberate. Pure accidental but definitely a red card.

Pogba was totally out of control and it was reckless, not deliberate

He's not that sort of player & the fact United are up 3-1, he's having a decent game. No reason for him to deliberately stamp on Bellerin

Red all day but to say he meant it is OTT

Ah I said it was a red card. Just don't think it was as deliberate and scummy as people are making out.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 24,468 ✭✭✭✭lawred2

That red card owed as much to Bellerin's awkward slide as it did to Pogba's poor attempt at controlling the ball.

Don't think a stamp was in his head at all.

How did Bellerin manage to slide past the ball?

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,611 ✭✭✭✭ERG89

Dreadful & deliberate. No need for it when they are coasting even still.
He'll miss the City game now. Which will be a significant step up from this.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 21,495 ✭✭✭✭Mushy

I'd love to know what method Bellerin is using to tackle there. Deserved red, but no intent on it
